Busy - in a good way! - Recruitment BaneCare Management Employee Review

I have been an employee for nearly eight years, but have worked in long term care (for different orgs) for over a decade. During my time with BaneCare, I have met with hundreds of residents and employees in our centers. I can honestly say that BaneCare's employee wages and working conditions are superior to industry standards, and the quality of patient care far exceeds area competitors. The number of staff, quality of care provided, and overall budget for our centers appear to exceed other places I have worked.

Working in a heavily regulated and highly criticized industry can be tiring, but extremely rewarding.

Pay rate Other employees are nice

Management doesn’t care about its employees at all. They’ll beg you to work a ton but then when you want a vacation you have to jump through hoops. They’ll schedule you every holiday and have ridiculous rules like to get a holiday off you have to find an employee to switch a holiday off with, they don’t care if you found coverage they will still make you work it. They’ll schedule you every major holiday every year because they don’t have the help and won’t let you request off any holidays, even for vacation, they just tell you it’s not allowed”. Management won’t help and will not answer the phone and leave you stuck when no one is showing up to relive you from a 16 hour shift. The DON at Seacoast is friends with certain nurses and plays favorites. Payroll constantly jips people out of entire shifts and paying you overtime.
