      Cheap housing Friendly co-workers Easy to schedule time off

      Housing is way understaffed and underqualified Some staff accoms are in poor conditions and you need to either pester them for weeks to get simple repairs done Bad pay with expectations that you will work above your paygrade at non-human levels of sustained effort
