      - The projects are slow to go out to the market - Trying to save on money making them choose poor vendors and services

      Pros

      I’m highly organized in maintaining the database, keeping close inspection even if apparently everything is working properly. I follow Oracle’s best practice. I enjoy leadership qualities as I have led teams in project planning and problem fixing. I’ve also been accustomed to working outside of my expertise in system and networking

      the environment were great but some of the management were taking the projects efforts and add them to their own
