Pros

You should only work at Bank Audi if you're homeless. If you have any place to sleep and any source of food and water supplies you should never think about it

Cons

People are mentally sick and in bad need of serious psychological treatment. You'll to listen daily to illogical requests and irrational way of work and abide. I can't say that there's professionality or communication issues as there's absolutely nothing of those stuff and people knows nothing about the terms. Head quarter in Lebanon is leading projects they know nothing about and are launching new projects with absolutely zero planning. Really can't evaluate management as that would be like evaluating the IQ of a just born child. Leaving the bank is the worst thing you can face ever in your life as you have to get in touch with HR who are embracing a very new and bizarre attitude. HR department knows nothing about how to communicate with colleagues . Too offensive for sure as everbody else. Don't want to get into details of money deducted due to incomplete notice period and exit interview which are hilarious. Sorry, forgot to tell that you're blamed all the time for not doing the unscheduled, nonsense tasks that wasn't even requested from you and that you've got to work every weekend without any logical reason and get for sure no money for overtime. Roles are not defined and responsibilities are not known. The whole scene is just like a wrecked Syrian boat heading to Greece.
