Pros
A handful of coworkers made it tolerable other than that I can't seem to think of anything else that was positive about the company.
Cons
The training absolutely stinks. The expectations of the people behind the teller line is ridiculous. All work and no pay. Upper management has no understanding of what goes on behind the teller line until you make a mistake and then they are quick to repemend you with write ups.
