Pros

Culture matters. Employee improvement suggestions are heard, implemented, and rewarded. Pay is better than average in the area due to unique work, Actual profit-sharing bonuses based on performance. Free food trucks every month and they try not to hire jerks. That really helps.

Cons

Training can always get better, no matter how successful you are. That shows commitment to improvement- not allowing yourself to simply coast, or to teach out-of-date information.

Pros

The company respects all of its employees and offers everyone, both shop and office employees, the best compensation, benefits, PTO, etc. They are amazing at working with everyone on things that may be going on in their personal lives, and trying to be as flexible as possible. They are constantly working to improve areas of safety around the shop, as well as working to continuously improve the quality of the machines and equipment. They are also implementing quality checks to help keep up with the growing demands of their products.

Cons

There are a lot of departments within this company, and the training can be a long process.

Pros

The compensation, benefits, vacation, overtime, and leadership at this company were wonderful to work for. I have worked for a handful of organizations in my career and there arent many CEO's who still walk the floor on a daily basis, come in on a Saturday from time to time and stopped by to ask how I was doing. My department manager knew the equipment best and could always trouble shoot whenever we had problems. The CIP team is building some new and amazing equipment that is going to change things for the better, I am going to miss working here.

Cons

The summers can sometimes get hot and it takes a while to get trained on all of the equipment, but hang in there because the pay is good.
