Pros

Sign-on bonus, referral program, base salary paid weekly, and commissions monthly.

Cons

Work hours are flexible though that doesn't always mean the schedule is your choice. You might be asked to report after business hours, meet clients, and whatever the manager and clients demand. Work could extend to very long hours and could be quiete exhausting!

At Banker Wire, we take all reviews seriously. However, this review appears to be inaccurate (fake). We have not reduced our sales team in more than 12 years. This review was posted shortly after we updated our company listing to reflect the addition of a new sales position in response to continued growth. If anyone has questions about how we operate at Banker Wire, I encourage you to contact us directly. We are always happy to answer questions and provide accurate information.

Pros

Culture matters. Employee improvement suggestions are heard, implemented, and rewarded. Pay is better than average in the area due to unique work, Actual profit-sharing bonuses based on performance. Free food trucks every month and they try not to hire jerks. That really helps.

Cons

Training can always get better, no matter how successful you are. That shows commitment to improvement- not allowing yourself to simply coast, or to teach out-of-date information.

Pros

The company respects all of its employees and offers everyone, both shop and office employees, the best compensation, benefits, PTO, etc. They are amazing at working with everyone on things that may be going on in their personal lives, and trying to be as flexible as possible. They are constantly working to improve areas of safety around the shop, as well as working to continuously improve the quality of the machines and equipment. They are also implementing quality checks to help keep up with the growing demands of their products.

Cons

There are a lot of departments within this company, and the training can be a long process.
