Pros

Good pay. We have received wage increases every year, during the pandemic a significant bump in pay. Since 2021 my wage, plus tact have increased over 35%. As long as you are a good team player and want to work, this is a nice place. Benefits are good and insurance cost has been flat for a couple years, with good coverage. We just received an extra week vacation and attendance bonus is less but much easier to earn.

Cons

The previous supervisor was great, he moved to the weld department though. Now we have two leads, it’s not great, but works for now. Communication could be a little better to understand profit sharing. Some people gossip too much. Not much opportunity to move to 1st shift or the office.

Pros

Culture matters. Employee improvement suggestions are heard, implemented, and rewarded. Pay is better than average in the area due to unique work, Actual profit-sharing bonuses based on performance. Free food trucks every month and they try not to hire jerks. That really helps.

Cons

Training can always get better, no matter how successful you are. That shows commitment to improvement- not allowing yourself to simply coast, or to teach out-of-date information.

Pros

The company respects all of its employees and offers everyone, both shop and office employees, the best compensation, benefits, PTO, etc. They are amazing at working with everyone on things that may be going on in their personal lives, and trying to be as flexible as possible. They are constantly working to improve areas of safety around the shop, as well as working to continuously improve the quality of the machines and equipment. They are also implementing quality checks to help keep up with the growing demands of their products.

Cons

There are a lot of departments within this company, and the training can be a long process.
