Issues all round, political and toxic - Compliance Banking Circle Employee Review

During my time at Banking Circle, I experienced a deeply troubling and disheartening work environment characterized by a toxic and negative culture. The company exhibited systemic cultural issues that seemed to permeate every aspect of its operations. One glaring problem was the complete lack of HR and management support, leaving employees vulnerable and unsupported. Continuous bullying of employees was the norm, creating an atmosphere of fear and anxiety. It was deeply disappointing to witness the disregard for the well-being and growth of the workforce.
