I worked at banner health corporate in mesa Arizona in the call center, POSC and CAS.
It is run like a dictatorship!!!!
There are no breaks only one lunch or dinner.
You can't get up to go to the bathroom without being scrutinized and questioned.
You are constantly brought into meetings and questioned about your metrics; how long you are off the board, how many calls you are picking up?
There are constant queues of 90 to 150 calls waiting with 13 medical centers you answer for, callers wait sometimes 45 to 60 minutes.
There is no such thing as customer service!!!
It is such a stressful environment you have people quitting and being fired constantly, and management just keeps hiring more people, the retention rate is bad.
I have worked in call centers before, and this rates the worst!!!
My advice don't work there, the management doesn't care about the employees.
the computers are always broken down, chairs in disrepair, the carpet is filthy and torn, everything is dirty, housekeeping doesn't come in to clean, and the bathrooms are terrible, no paper towels or soap constantly, it's gross!
Employees do not have their own space and are crammed right next to each other, it is nothing short of a sweat shop.
Upper management squelches any complaints, and human resources does nothing?
