Pros
The opportunity for growth is outstanding since the organization is large. Support of leadership in the development of staff is great, through Leadership Academy and Banner University. The organization is headed in the right direction.
Cons
There are many longterm employees, and while that is a great thing in terms of retention it is not the best for change. There is resistance to adapt to the "new" normal and thus hinders the ovrall mission. Not the best IT systems.
