People are great, everyone is learning from previous mistakes. Working on implementing better systems and processes.

There are a few people that were nice, but they only work there because there isn't anything else around unless you drive into the cities.

Horrible culture, toxic, micromanaged, no remote work, zero innovation, run by Excel and only focus is profit.
