Coworkers are very respectful with each other, trying to overcome the challenges that founder causes with no sense of strategy.
Cons
Experienced employees do not stay around. I have never witnessed such a poorly managed company from the top. No trust given to employees at every level. Cameras all around the office watching and listening to employees to make sure he is not disparagingly talked about. Therefore no working from anywhere but the office so he can watch you. An annual "fun" event is the Cornhole tournament - with the caveat that you cannot watch anyone else play because you should be working, only can watch the final pairing. Also, no practicing unless it is before work or lunch break. Really never experienced such a clueless leader.
