      Senior leadership in Europe act like they own the company There’s a complete lack of a clear career path. HR is ineffective at best, and highly unprofessional. Toxic culture with colleagues not working. A lot of people comes to the office to drink chat and live at 5.00 pm; HR are the frontrunners.
