Pros
Good place to start to get some experience on your resume. You will meet some very cool people working here.
Cons
Very low base salary. Management is extremely unprofessional, they will harass whether you are hitting your quota or not. Quotas are raised every year and they make it difficult to achieve sales goals because they don't want to pay out to employees. Very greedy managers.
