Cons
Get thrown into the deep end but gets better after a couple weeks. Pay is well below average, should get paid more for being able to support more products. Structure of the company still needs tweaking High turnover, good talent are leaving for higher paying jobs. Company seems to revolve around sales rather than taking care of technical issues.
