Pros
Great company to learn on the job. Had a chance to be involved with some high level decisions that would not have had at other companies.
Cons
Don't feel the company has made a good transition going from private to public. There is a lot of dysfunction in areas that you can't have with a public company. Spend money on silly things and not paying employees well does not make any sense.
