Pros
* Interesting problems * Some very talented coworkers * Seems like they are trying to fix some of the issues, but totally missing the mark * Remnants of the older, more laidback culture still exist
Cons
I worked here for a couple years, and saw almost all of the most talented developers leave. * Low pay * Abusive management creates toxic culture * Features are prioritized above bug fixes to an reasonable extent. The result is half-working products that don't sell (Barracuda's core business) * Deadlines doomed from the start, the result of which is employees working overtime, without compensation, or suffer management abuse * Popularity contest * No clear company direction * Lots of reorganization going on currently
