      Pros

      I've never worked with a better team than the team we have today. It's all about the people and being genuinely happy in what you are doing.

      Cons

      Although exciting, Barrett is a small company, so people frequently need work outside their comfort zone. And, prepare to "get your hands dirty" (at least metaphorically) by engaging closely with our products and customers.

      Pros

      Barrett is an incredible place to work and the team is great. Everyone works hard and the products are top technology. You will definitely learn a lot. The management is also great at taking feedback.

      Barrett sometimes hires many interns and there was not always enough work
