Great company to work for - Anonymous employee Basetek Employee Review

Close knit colleagues, lovely office, easy to get on with people, good wages & bonuses. Starter training is great. No penalising for sick pay etc. Very social and friendly. The work is interesting and the direct managers will always help when you need it.

Because the company is very small still (which generally I consider a pro) there's a few things that haven't been figured out/implemented yet, so there's no hr yet or specific policies for things. There is a slight micromanagement problem but very minor compared to a lot of places I've worked.

Career progression/training possibilities. Approachable management. Nice office/building. Company is doing well and on the up. Friendly office with social events.

Not great at managing things/planning for people leaving. Not good at getting straight to the point when telling people they need to improve. Not much holiday.
