Long-time client base that is very personable, always included in store wide sales, occasionally run contests for selling different pieces of merchandise
Cons
Very unorganized, very negative and invasive management, no surplus of high selling merchandise, no consistency within each store and what their merchandise looks like, because of the inconsistency throughout, different stores adjust prices to influence closing a sale just so they can make their month because when they don't meet expectations the belittling and harassment starts
