Pros
Colleagues were absolutely fantastic. I never disliked anyone, and I had one of the best managers I have ever had. The products are well made, and the company is focused on being the best in quality/performance, not always the first to market. The benefits are also above the American average in most categories. Also, unlike a lot of companies, they are willing to invest in training for their employees. They will consider candidates with less experience but who have the drive to learn, and they value personality/culture fit as much, if not more, than years of experience.
Cons
Some of their sales strategies and processes are a little outdated, but they are very open minded so their future is bright. Growth opportunities in terms of promotions are limited in the US sales branch because it is small. I also wish they had more team-building events/exercises for their remote employees (I was one). My colleagues were the best, but I only saw all of them in person 2-3 times per year. Also, compensation can be lower than average if you have less experience and they invest in training you. Only if you perform well and stay with the company long enough will they raise your pay up to what you are actually worth, but that can take a long time (18+ months).
