Pros
Bass Pro does an excellent job of taking care of its employees by fostering a sense of community among everyone who works there. I genuinely looked forward to my shifts because I knew that if I needed help with anything, there was always someone who was willing to help or answer my questions. My manager was also very supportive and encouraged me to work shifts in other sectors of the store such as gifts or apparel.
Cons
If you work a seasonal position, it can be difficult to get part-time or full-time job out of it.
