Great place to work - General Laborer Bass River Employee Review

Clients were great and company had a good routine sending them to the day program and keeping their ADL’s consistent.

Most of the staff were not well educated apart from managers and directors. I did not feeling appreciated for my work and was pushed out of the way once when I was not doing dishes correctly. Staff constantly told me how to do my job when it was not their responsibility. I feel like they only hire people because they want warm bodies and not necessarily because of any prior experience. I often felt like my manager took sides when there was a problem and didn’t have time to hear both sides of the story.

Pay was decent and the individuals were great

Too much to type. Grossly disorganized, unprofessional and overall toxic place to work. Go else where
