Awful work environment - Administrative Batangas State University Employee Review

Not much requirements/experience in academe to get in. If only contract of service, you can leave the campus outside your class time.

No spaces to rest or for leisure besides your table at the faculty. Some coworkers snipes at every single thing you do and don't do at your job. Whether you're late or absent or taking a nap in the faculty. One-sided beef with you if you receive (more) load/classes from your head even though it was ASSIGNED to you. Crab mentality.

Supervisors are good and other employees will guide you what to do. Light work

The work environment where I was assigned were all good.
