      The economic crisis in the country affected a lot our company's work, and didn't allow me to advance in my career as I would have hoped to.

      Pros

      Very bad management mostly people are unprofessional, account department stealing employee money and the bad thing is owner don't care about the employees.

      Cons

      Very bad experience and they hold my 1-year salary and they are not following any rules and system and the literate persons working as an engineer and manager.
