review - Administrative Assistant Bathshop321 Employee Review

I've really enjoyed my time with Bathshop, although it was only 6 months. The business is family run and the owner is a decent guy who always helps out. He is though always busy so sometimes you do have to ask! My colleagues and managers where fantastic. It's not an amazing place to work but the people are great and I would happily work there again.

They are growing year on year and service levels are high. I wish I would have had more training then i could have sold more for them.

Logistics/Customer Service team are very friendly and co-operative Some colleagues are great to work with (Others are not) Most people help one another and assist you if struggling Semi-flexible working hours

In the middle of nowhere Very little opportunity for progression High goals for the future, unfortunately they seem rather unreachable Business lacks general structure, it's always a plan for the future, never now Management have very little to no respect for other staff members in lesser positions (Bar a few exceptions) High turnover of staff Management do not lead by inspiration, but rather out of fear My way or the highway attitude from management staff Mundane working environment
