This job was union job, so it goes by seniority. Not bad, just my first time having a union job. The job wasn't bad but the environment was toxic. confusion and the person that I was suppose to be working with was difficult. I seen quick that it would not be a place that I could work at. Instead of trying to help me with my learning process (even tho I have years of AP experience) I needed to learn there company system(s) and processes. The employee that was suppose to assist me with training, was harsh, demeaning and overall confrontational. I couldn't ask a question without her having an outburst saying "You have to TAKE NOTES"! Let me add I had pages of notes but here in there I would miss something. After being at the job only for two weeks I resigned. I am warning anybody that may want this position please beware. The person that should be a team player and who you will be splitting the alphabet with is not a team player. Please explore other options before choosing this company.
