9/80 work schedule, management is flexible with schedules, allowing shifted and hybrid schedules where possible. Hard work is rewarded and those that show initiative get noticed. Management also helps team members find training opportunities outside of their current roles if they are looking, preferring to keep good employees with the company even if that means moving to another department.
Cons
Health insurance and other benefits that used to be above market and the reason employees stayed are now just average. Pensions and sick time are no longer offered.
