Pros
Small developing family owned business where you're not just a number. Mistakes on repairs do not get repremanded, so long as you're learning. Owners visit stores and buy lunch for entire staff on that day, while engaging with the team. Freedom to solve customer solutions without worry of loss prevention repercussions so long as it's reasonable. No micromanaging. Overtime from 10 hour days. Serious opportunity to gain knowledge and skills in repair from soldering to spot welding.
Cons
Sundays are off, so you probably won't have two days in a row off. No official training, or policy guidelines aren't well defined, so common sense is a must (not exactly a con, unless you depend on others to think).
