Definitely a great place to start your career as they have a lot of young contractors working for Cisco Systems. They are pretty flexible with appointments, kids, and sick days. You can pretty much work from home if you are not feeling well.
Cons
No secret is safe for the Bay Area Tech Workers (BATW) Cisco workers. There are always rumors that tend to be true. Makes me think some of these "managers" gossip to some of their subordinates. Good employees pretty much get treated the same as bad employees and the only way to get opportunities is to brown nose. The work is not even close to even. Some people doing the same role are overworked while others have no work at all. There are some really lazy employees who do not deserve the role. Younger workforce for the BATW which means less maturity. Probably the lowest paying contracting company at Cisco Systems. I pretty much agree with the other review on BATW. Management has been known for terrible communication tactics and people just end up becoming bitter.
