      O salário é acima da média de mercado e os benefícios são excelentes.

      Uma empresa que remunera bem para poder sugar sua sanidade mental, altamente subjetiva e política, com isso as promoções só ocorrem por base de relacionamento interpessoal, não importando sua performance. Os pilares de inclusão são formas de autopromoção e networking e não servem para a Bayer se tornar uma empresa mais justa. (A empresa, por exemplo, contrata PCDs por força de lei, e está sempre a baixo do mínimo necessário, mas se vende como empresa inclusiva)

      Pros

      Bayer sounds great - "health for all, hunger for none". and "dynamic shared ownership". There are some truly amazing people working at Bayer.

      Cons

      But it's "health for all, hunger for none" and "dynamic shared ownership" are bogus. So many people who embraced DSO were let go for voicing their opinions. The toxic leaders made the decisions, and the organization was not truly ready for Bill Anderson's call to action. It's profits first, not people. I believed - but it saddens me to write that I was wrong.
