Pros

Hybrid work model with a great work-life balance. The company stays ahead of the curve by adopting the latest technologies, giving employees hands-on exposure to cutting-edge tools and platforms. Working on enterprise-level projects adds significant value to your professional growth and résumé.

Cons

The company lacks a fair IT asset policy. Employees are required to bear the full replacement cost of any accidentally damaged or lost asset, with no shared accountability or insurance coverage in place.

Pros

I met some really great people there. I felt like I was truly a part of something bigger than myself. Loved the goal... health for all, hunger for none. I mentored some brilliant minds, and I am honored to have been there to support them.

Cons

If the team you're working with likes you, you're golden. If you do things a little differently but can still achieve good results, it will not be enough. Basically, fit in or they will find clever ways to get rid of you, like putting you in charge of a project that you have little-to-no experience working on, and then terminate you when things aren't 100% better.
