Gee, where do I start. Not a good place if you want to stay in a career specialty. Marketing people are typically sales people, NOT strategic marketers. They talk Customer centricity, but those who drink the Monsanto Wall Street kool-aid DO NOT care about the farmer, it's all about profits. The person who "sucks up" the most will go far, no matter their qualifications. The company cares about diversity and women, and will do anything to help them succeed.....anyone else, not so much.
