so many, the company isnt doing well in the market for 2 years now and their downfall started even before that. Other companies are competing so well in the market. Bayt is nowhere near. This is why they are doing quiet layoffs, always cost cutting they dont think about employees, very low salaries, work life balance is zero everyone here is expected to work 24/7 they just glorify things on social media reality is different every one is unhappy and unsatisfied, there is bo career growth its only for people who worked a decade with company rest all go to hell policy
