6yThank you for your review and opinions shared. Unfortunately some of your data is not accurate. Yes, our Sales Partner pay plans contain commission opportunities based on what is sold because selling is a primary role of the position. Our average earnings per hour for Sales Partners annually has increased each of the past 4 years to currently $19.15/hr in 2019. In addition, we do monitor goal attainment and provide training regularly throughout the year to help our staff hit their targets. The percentages you state in your review are inaccurate and are heavily understated.
This average earnings also includes many accelerated employees earning well over $20/hr. This pay per hour does not happen overnight but rather with training and diligence to meeting goals. New hires can accelerate to this pay level often in 2-3 months of employment. Ultimately selling earns employees money and maximizing paychecks is a win-win for employee and BeMobile.
Our Store Leader pay plans have also seen positive additions in 2019 with changes to reward tenure and productivity.
