Pros
Free lunch and coffee, some teams have flexible working hours comparing to other teams and basically this depends on the line manager, they have very young team members which is nice.
Cons
Very Racist they tend to hire Europeans a lot comparing to other nationality. They have many court cases as they do not pay salaries and final settlement for the People who resigned or are not friends with the MD. No opportunity to grow if you are a high achiever, the only promotion you will get is if you were very good friend of the managing director. The culture there is to laugh and bully educated people as the management team do not have education background nor finished an education discipline therefore they bully people who have finished University. Most of the units have micromanagement mentality. Worst experience ever as in the beginning you will think it looks an amazing company then slowly slowly you start to breakdown.
