      Pros

      Beacon Group hires people that would struggle to find meaningful work without the Ability One program.

      Cons

      It is employment under the Ability One federal jobs program for disabled workers. A good program for low-skilled occupations, it hires people that would otherwise have difficulty finding work. Skilled jobs are severely underpaid however.

      Pros

      Beacon is a great company to work for. My peers are like family the individuals I support make your day worth being a work. Good benefits, wage increases, and bonuses.

      Cons

      The pay for the amount of work load can be over whelming and occassionally feels like inconsistent management.
