Managers don’t seem to know what their own team moves are assigned to, managers seem unaware of even basic management good practices. Initial training is good- but things change weekly and all subsequent training is canned PowerPoints or recorded videos without options to ask questions or get feedback . We are not treated as professionals - we are scolded like children. It feels more like a drive through fast food job than anything resembling clinical care.
