None that I can think of this place is awful I worked for several larger staffing firms and this was by far the WORST!

Cons

Upper leadership is too busy focused on their own book of business where they do not care about their employees people are sneaky and shady. People always try to ride your coat tail when you break into a new account instead of doing the hard work themselves. Not a good culture or environment if I could give 0 stars I would! Leadership is delusional and very dismissive if you ask for help or support you will be terminated immediately

I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.
