Pros
Company pays for training. Company pays for health insurance. Company is generous with giving employees gifts a few times a year. Most of the co-workers were amazing to work with.
Cons
Upper management is a disaster. Lack of employees lead to employees having to do other duties outside of their job title. Pay not as much as it should be. So much more.
