Great firm culture, lots of opportunities to participate in community events
Cons
Low pay for associate level workers, very poor benefits (just a 2% 401k match). Medical plan is covered for singles but contribution rates for employees on family plans are sadly way below industry, less than 25% of the total cost, employee pays the rest.
