I have been working for BeamNG GmbH for more than a year and it has been an exciting journey. I love the people in this company who are approachable, welcoming and are always willing to help. It does not matter if you are talking to the CEO, CTO or a programmer, your ideas are always welcome and appreciated. The company takes care of each and every one of us so you do feel valued! Another great thing is that you can grow with this company and there are no boundaries of what you can work on. The company celebrates and encourages your creativity. Lastly, I also appreciate the flexible working schedule as well as the multinational working environment.

Working for a start-up company can be challenging in a way that there are a lot of things to be taken care of. So if you are not ready to take the ownership of your tasks and be open to crazy ideas, then maybe this is not the right place for you :)
