i joined the company when i had limited knowledge and skills in the e-commerce industry, but my supervisor, alongside my other colleagues, were all very helpful and kind, which made learning on the job a much more seamless and pleasant experience for me! the staff working there were all happy to help with any questions that i had and ensured that i was comfortable with the pace they were teaching me at, as well, of which i was very grateful for! the workload was also shared amongst the people in the department, rather equally, and everyone was honest to one another too, making the culture a very wholesome and non-toxic one :) the office is also really pretty, i love it!

had to communicate with other staff using personal phone number, which was rather difficult for me to differentiate the work chats from personal chats. work laptop provided was pretty old as well :(

Fellow part-timers make the work more bearable

Supervisors can be quite curt when giving instructions or some of them resort to passive aggressive stance without communication (i.e. folding their arms and staring at you). Even if you didn't make any mistakes, you are spoken to as if you already have. Hence, morale can be quite low.
