      -Good pay -HR department are very strong and supportive -Some brilliant minds that work there so you will learn a lot -Smaller size of the company means less red tape so trying new things is easier than at large corporations - Central offices, great snacks, facilities, nice working space

      Cons

      -Everything changes constantly - even new processes and ways of working implemented by the leadership team only last a couple of months -Leadership in marketing deeply mistrusting of agencies which makes life tricky -Its very much a founder led business... take from that what you will -Teams are very stretched and expectations high
