Awful office culture. Excessive hours worked by everyone, very little pay, very little assistance to grow or develop. They are quite happy for you to sit in the corner and design beam-column joints or whatever for years. High-level management is terrible; it's an old-boys club with no care or consideration for their employees. I worked there for a number of years and would advise against ever working for them.
