Cons
1. No freedom of work what experienced employee wants to do 2. No direction of work 3. All things are standardized, so no too much learnings for the middle experienced person 4. People are showing small work as a too much big work 5. Selection of candidate is based on Consultance, too bad because that guy is not able to find the best guy for that work 6. Salary, too low 7. One of the greatest bad experience: the guy who hired me, not available at all. He is hiring me, he must to take care of the person for his job profile. Otherwise other people give any kind of work or make u service engg.. 😂😂😂 8. Purely bad experience of the reporting person for my job profile
