      - Despite the engineering managers, the individual engineers demonstrate strong technical skills and dedication. Thermal, Design, Quality.

      Cons

      -This company is a prime example of what happens when engineering managers are clueless and don't actually understand engineering. The technical foundation of this place is crumbling because the engineering managers are fundamentally out of their depth. - How can I be the one teaching the managers how design and analysis works.
