Pros
Great people and culture. Lots of opportunity for upward mobility. Ability to use prior experience to build, create, and contribute to new opportunities. They encourage independent thinking, decision making, taking on responsibility, working independently and as part of a team. This company shows in many ways their appreciation for ALL staff. I have never felt more appreciated by an employer. They do believe in work/life balance and offer great benefits, perks, and bonus. They also offer lots of opportunities to socialize, events to support our local and global community and even offer paid time to volunteer. No kidding, it's a great place to work for all.
Cons
Beeline can be a steep learning curve, and the phrase "you don't know what you don't know" holds true. This can cause lots of challenges for those supporting you but many of your peers are willing to provide support. You can't be shy.
