      Pros

      Global reach, yet still manages to be human locally. They have a national (USA was my direct experience) sales team/agent network that they stay close with.

      Cons

      As in many large corporate bodies - things move slower, and sometimes communication is missed. Sometimes it is purposely warped. Need fresh blood to vitalize
